PICKUPMYCASH – TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Cash-in-Transit Service)

  1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE

PickupMyCash is a  Cash-in-Transit (“CIT”) service operated by Security Organizing System Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (“SOS Pakistan”), a licensed and leading CIT company in Pakistan.

By creating an account, booking a shipment using the PickupMyCash website or mobile application, the user (“Customer”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. DEFINITIONS
  • “SOS Pakistan” means Security Organizing System Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited.
  • “Platform” means pickupmycash.com and official PickupMyCash mobile applications.
  • “Customer / User” means any individual or entity using the service.
  • “Shipment” means one or more sealed cash bags/containers booked under a single order.
  • “Cash Container / Bag” means an SOS-approved sealed cash bag/container.
  • “Declared Value” means the cash amount declared by the Customer at the time of booking.
  • “CIT Receipt” means the digital shipment receipt generated through the Platform.

 

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

PickupMyCash provides door-to-door cash & valuables transportation services from Point A to Point B  subject to operational & security constraints.

 

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer shall ensure that:

  1. Cash or Valuables is placed  in SOS cash bags/Container.
  2. The bag is properly/container sealed using SOS prenumbered provided seals
  3. The physical seal number matcheswith the seal number shown in the system(Portal/mobile App).
  4. The Declared Value is accurate and truthful
  5. The cash bag is free from holes, cuts, tears, or prior tampering
  6. No illegal, prohibited, or undeclared items are included

Any misrepresentation, under-declaration, or improper sealing shall void all liability and claims.

 

  1. SEALED SHIPMENT & CLAIM ELIGIBILITY 

5.1 SOS Pakistan shall be liable only if:

  • The shipment is received in a sealed bag
  • The seal number matches the digital record
  • The bag shows visible signs of tampering, damage, or forced entry
  • Tampering is identified before opening the bag at delivery

5.2 NO CLAIM shall be entertained if:

  • The seal is intact and the bag is intact
  • The bag is accepted without  objection
  • Shortage is discovered inside an intact bag
  • Wrong denomination or counting error is found
  • The seal is broken by the Customer or consignee

👉 Intact seal + intact bag = No claim
👉 Broken seal or damaged bag = Claim eligible (up to Declared Value)

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • SOS Pakistan’s liability is strictly limited to the Declared Value 
  • Liability applies only during the period the shipment is under SOS custody
  • SOS Pakistan shall not be liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Loss of profit, business, or goodwill
    • Business interruption or reputational damage

 

  1. CLAIM PROCEDURE
  1. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at refund@pickupmycash.com.
  2. Claims must include:
    • Digital CIT Receipt
    • Seal number
    • Photographic evidence before opening
  3. SOS Pakistan reserves the right to:
    • Investigate the claim
  4. Valid claims will be settled within 21 working days

 

  1. INSURANCE

SOS Pakistan maintains comprehensive Cash-in-Transit insurance coverage.

  1. CHARGES & PAYMENTS
  • Charges are displayed at the time of booking
  • Full payment must be made before delivery of shipment to the consignee. 
  1. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL SERVICE

SOS Pakistan may refuse, suspend, or cancel any shipment due to:

  • Security concerns
  • Incorrect declaration or suspicious activity
  • Operational constraints
  • Force majeure events
  1. FORCE MAJEURE

SOS Pakistan shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Riots, strikes, or terrorism
  • Road closures or emergencies
  1. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

Customer information shall be kept confidential and may be disclosed only:

  • As required by law or regulators
  • To insurers for claim processing

 

  1. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

SOS Pakistan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

  • False declarations are made
  • These Terms are violated
  • Misuse or security risk is detected

 

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Multan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

  1. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance through:

  • Shipment booking confirmation

shall constitute valid and legally binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
